How We Scale
Phased rollout
Phase 1
Pilot in six states, one per geopolitical zone (50,000 households).
Phase 2
Scale to 18 states (350,000 households).
Phase 3
National rollout across 36 states and FCT (1 million households).
Our Target
1 million households over phased national rollout.
